LARRIKIN ELEMENT
Masterton Sunday Concerts Dominion Special Service. Masterton, November 17. Masterton’s larrikin element was referred to by Cr. A. Rippon at to-night’s meeting of the Masterton Borough Council, when the question of granting permits for Sunday night concerts was under consideration. Cr. Rippon said if these youths eould not be subdued he would oppose Sunday concerts in future. People did not go from church to concert to hear a row, said Cr. Rippon. Recently two women were greatly annoyed bw youths sitting behind them.

Bradshaw; secretary, Mr. D, Cameron; auditor, Mr. W. P. Carter.
