Business property comprising two wooden shops on the corner opposite the post office with frontages to Hokianga Road and Normanby Street has been sold by the estate of the late Alfred Underwood to the occupant, George Munn, furnisher. It is understood that the deal was for cash at about £6O a foot. This is the first sale of town property for some years.
