IN ENGLAND AGAIN
King Edward’s Holiday Over (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, September 14. The King arrived back in England to-day at the end of his holiday abroad; Having travelled overnight by train from Vienna, His Majesty arrived about lunch time at Zurich and early this afternoon took off from Duebendorf Aerodrome in his own aeroplane, piloted by Wing-Commander Fielden, Captain of the King’s Flight. The King landed at the Heathrow Aerodrome, West Drayton, Middlesex, at 6.30 o’clock this evening and drove to his residence at Ford Belvedere, near Windsor. .
.The King dined with Queen Mary at Buckingham Palace. A small crowd cheered His Majesty’s arrival. He was clad in evening dress, looking bronzed and fit.
VISIT TO MUNICH
Duke and Duchess of Kent (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, September 14. The Duke and Duchess of Kent have concluded their holiday in Yugoslavia and arrived by road at Munich yesterday, where for the next few days they will be the guests of Count Torring Jettenbach, whose wife is a sister of the Duchess. The Duke and Duchess are expected to return to London this week.
