RAILWAY DISASTER
Collision on Russian Line EXPRESS SET ON FIRE Moscow, September 14. A terrible mishap occurred at Rostov-on-Don when a locomotive struck a train of petrol wagons, which took fire and In turn set fire to the Kieff-Baku express, three carriages of which were burned. The death-roll is not revealed. Four persons have been arrested on a charge of negligence.
