Australia Making New Arrangement / (Received September 16, 12.20 a.m.) Sydney, September 15.
The Postal Department, in view of curtailment of the Union Company’s trans-Paciflc service on Qctober 22, is making arrangements for dispatch of mail matter to New York via the Aus-tralia-London I airlines aud transAtlantic shipping lines. Thus letters posted at Sydney will reach New York in 20 days compared with 21 days by tbe Matson and Union Company mail lines at present. ,
