Second Cricket Test Against India DUCKWORTH IMPRESSES (Received July 26, 6.30 p.m.) London, July 25. The second cricket Test between England and India at Manchester was begun in threatening weather. India won the toss. Ramaswami’s 40 was the result of 70 minutes’ faultless batting. Wazir AH batted 145 minutes and played defensive cricket, Duckworth’s keeping was of the highest standard, and it is considered that the M.C.C. is bound to take him to Australia.
