TO-MORROW’S BOXING
Dunn and Coughlan at Petone There should be plenty of spirited boxing at Petone to-morrow, night when Henry Dunn, the Moera protege, will make bis first appearance since turning over to the professional ranks. He is to meet Bob Coughlan, Palmerston North, who first entered the cash ranks last year. It is fitting that Dunn should have his first professional match under the wing of his home association, the Hutt Valley association, which has gone to great efforts to provide a really first-class programme. That their efforts have met with success is evident. Dunn is a comparatively young fighter with a fine record in the amateur ranks. He is speedy, heady and resourceful, and should be a really good match for Couglilan, who is somewhat of the same type as the Moera boxer. Both men are reported to be confident and in solid training. In addition to the professional match there , will be a splendid programme of preliminaries.
