Coles Dividend G. J. Coles yesterday advised the Stock Exchange Association that the company's transfer books were closed on July 14. The ordinary dividend is payable on July 27.

The company has declared a final dividend of 5 per cent., making the distribution for the year 12} per cent., an unchanged rate. Gold Mining Returns Talisman Dubbo Gold Mines reported to the Wellington Stock Exchange that 44 tons was treated at the Golden Dawn battery for an approximate realisation of £285.
