Boy’s Claim Against Owner of Car The full amount claimed, £lO3 special damages and £350 general damages, was awarded William Arthur Marsden, aged 14, of Trentham, in his claim against Clifton Rae I’epperill, draper's assistant, Upper Hutt, the hearing of which was concluded in the Supreme Court, Wellington, yesterday. Pepperill was the owner of a car which, driven by his uncle, Erie Bertram Brown, Cheesemaker, Upper Hutt collided with Marsden at Trentham on September 11, 1935. The jury was two hours considering its verdict. Mr. O. C. Mazengarb. with him Mr. W B. Brown, represented Marsden, and Mr. T. P. Cleary the defendant. Mr. Justice Smith presided. _____
