Boy’s Claim Against Owner of Car The full amount claimed, £lO3 special damages and £350 general damages, was awarded William Arthur Marsden, aged 14, of Trentham, in his claim against Clifton Rae I’epperill, draper's assistant, Upper Hutt, the hearing of which was concluded in the Supreme Court, Wellington, yesterday.
