STRIKE SETTLED
Napier Waterfront Trouble By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, July 22. The Napier waterfront dispute has been settled and the men e:e back at work to-day. It is announced that an arrangement "satisfactory to both parties” was reached. The strike 'had been in progress since July 13.
