Tennis Player’s Death
Dominion Special Service. Auckland, June 21.
Collapsing while playing tennis at the Campbell Park Tennis Club shortly after 2 o’clock on Saturday afternoon, Mr. Joseph Arthur Wright, of 115 Wheturangi Road, Green Lane, died a few minutes later. Mr. Wright, who was a married man aged about 50, had played several games, and was engaged in a singles match when he suddenly fell on his face.
