STUD SHEEP SOLD AT SYDNEY
Prices Disappointing

British breeds at the sheep show were submitted for auction to-day. Prices were somewhat disappointing, and the champions in the Border Leicester classes failed to. reach the reserve.
An imported Border Leicester rani on account of a Scottish owner realised 180 guineas. Four Border Leicester stud rams were sold by Mr. Donald Grant, Timaru, for from 10 to 16 guineas. A group of Southdown rams and ewes were sold by Mr. A. S'. Elworthy, Timaru, for from 81 to 27$ guineas. .
