Hutt County Will Affect
Eastbourne
“It is not possible for Eastbourne to come in, unless the Hutt county comes in,” said Mr. E. AV. Wise, Mayor of Eastbourne, when reporting upon the amalgamation conference to his borough council last evening. He added that if Eastbourne did not enter the Hutt Valley merger the council might consider a scheme to discuss with the city.
