Man Struck by Block and Tackle
Concussion and bruises to bis back and neck were received by Mr. C. Gardiner, oil burner, 52 Tollman Street, when he was struck by a falling block and tackle while lie was working on the liaiigatira al Clyde Quay Wharf shortly after 8 o’clock last night.' He was removed to hospital by the Free Ambulance. When the bicycle lie was riding collided with a motor-car in Adelaide Bond last evening, Mr. It. House, mechanic, <> Amazon Street, received a lacerated wound to his scalp. lie was taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance. I'allinu while al school yesterday alternoon.
