Murders in Abyssinia

Djibuti, June 12.
The "Daily Telegraph’s’ correspondent', who has arrived from Addis Ababa, states that Abyssinia is far from peaceful. 'The Italians are not attempting to penetrate seriously into the country beyond Addis Ababa, with the exception of Gojjain Province. It is estimated that 12.000 A/byssinians are under arms, and they may become most troublesome after the rains. Guerrilla warfare continues. Outside Addis Ababa, lorries have been held up and the drivers killed. Thousands of bandits are roaming the country, looting and murdering. LEAVE FOR SIR S. BARTON (British Official Wireless.)
