Miss Joyce Boot. St. Clair, Dunedin, is the guest of Miss Lorna Thomson, Wadestown. Miss Barbara Blundell, Herctaunga, lias returned from a visit to Ruatoria, East Coast.

Mrs. F. Grotrian, Ashhurst, and her small son are the guests of Mrs. Warwick Blundell, Hobson Street.

Mrs. LeAie Rutherford and Miss B. Rutherford, North Canterbury, are staying at the Midland Hotel. Mr. and Mrs F. G. Tabraham, Christchurch, will leave by the Port Adelaide from ’Wellington to-day for a visit to England.

Miss Joan Gordon-Laing, who has been visiting Nelson, is staying with Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Jenkinson. Lower Hutt.

Mrs. H. P. Stacey, who has been visiting friends autl relatives in New Zealand, left for her home in Sydney by the Monowai yesterday afternoon. Miss Dorothy Allen, Christchurch, who has been the guest of Lady Chapman, is now staying with Mrs. P. Marshall, Bellevue Road, Lower Hutt.

Mr. and Mrs. Gordon McKeown, who were married in Christchurch this week, left Wellington by the Monowai yesterday for Sydney, where they will make their home. Mrs. McKeown was formerly Miss Betty Shand.
