Plans of tiie proposed bathing pavilion at Oriental Bay have no"’ been submitted to (lie YVellington Harbour Board for approval. As soon as the board notifies its approval no time will be lost in completing the working drawings. It is expected that the city engineer will be in a position to call for tenders for the work some time next month.
