Mr. 11. G. Didsbury left Wellington for the south last night. Mr. H. F-. O’Leary, K.C., will leave Wellington to-day for Auckland. Mr. E. F. Stead arrived at Wellington from the south yesterday. Mr. P. J. Borthwick arrived at Wellington yesterday from the south. Captain Prictor arrived at Wellington from tiie South Island yesterday morning.
Dr. Kennedy Elliott, F.R.C.S., has returned by the Port Huoti from England, via New York. The Hon. Miles Pliillimore will leave Wellington to-day for London by the Waipawa.
Mr. G. Black has been appointed a member of the New Zealand Wool Committee. Mr. R. Caughley was a passenger from Wellington last night for the South Island.
YVing Commander T. M. Wilkes, Director of Air Services, has returned to Wellington from Auckland.
Mr. Gerald Rosenbaum, managing director of the Dominion Life Assurance Office, travelled south last night from Wellington. Mr. G. T. Dawson, Wellington manager of the Liverpool and London and Globe Insurance Company, travelled south last night from Wellington. Dr. F. W. Hllgendorf, acting-prin-cipal of Canterbury Agricultural Col lege, arrived at Wellington from Christchurch yesterday. Mr. Robert Forbes, who has been visiting his parents, the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes and Mrs. Forbes, left Wei lington last night on bis return to Cheviot
