Cycling Association and New Zealand Federation The allegedly dictatorial methods of the New Zealand Cycling Federation, the controlling body of amateur cycling in tlie Dominion', came in for lengthy discussion at Tuesday evening's meeting of tile Wellington centre of the New Zealand Amateur Cycling Association. After hearing an address by Mr. .1. Fitzsimmons, chairman of the council of the association, who proposed withdrawal from the federation, the meeting resolved unanimously that in view of past, experiences of members of the centre the best interests of amateur cycling would not be served by a break-away from '.lie federation.
