To the borrower it would mean that while paying only 4 ; ] per cent, on his loan he was getting 0 per cent, interest on his instalment. The reserve fund had been built up to £34.000. Mr. A. S. Froggatt was re-elected president and Messrs. .T. T. Carswell. J. Ward and .1. R. Martin, retiring directors, were re-elected.
