LONG TACK SAM
Much interest is being manifested in the forthcoming season of Long Tack Sam and his troupe of 20 Oriental marvels commencing at tb<? Grand Opera House to-morrow. The “Sydney Morning Herald.” referring to their opening performance, said: "Twenty natives of China whirling through one and a half hours of n live vaudeville programme in the midst of a most sumptuous Easetern setting, were the main feature at the Theatre Royal last night, ami the audience (easily the biggest a Sydney vaudeville theatre Ims held for a decade) voiced the keen enjoyment of the many astounding things done by Long Tack Sam and his clever compatriots.” The first half of the programme is ilevoled to celebrated European vaudeville artists. Box plans for the season are at the D.1.C.. nnd day sales will open at the Optra House Confectionery to-day.
