Wanganui Officers Dominion Special Service. Wanganui. May 20. The annual general meeting of the Wanganui branch of Iho Now Zealand Farmers’ Union was held to-day. An outline of business transacted at the recent Dominion executive meeting was given by Mr. Lloyd Hammond, who later said it was Mr.' W. J. Polson’s intention to retire from flic presidency of the union this year. The election of oflicors resulted as follows:—President. Mr. T. Currie: vicepresidents. Mssrs. IV. Morrison, A. .P. Melville. P. Hawken: treasurer. Mr. J. R. Franklin.
