Black Spots.—The London Metropolitan Police are now calling the attention of pedestrians and motorists to places which, by the number of street accidents occurring there, have come to be regarded as points of especial danger. Big placards designating the points as “Black Spots” are now erected, prominent to the eye of both driver and walker.
