LAVAL’S MINISTRY DOOMED

Six Ministers Summoned To Resign RADICAL SOCIALISTS’ DECISION Uy Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright (Received January 20, 7.45 p.m.) London, January 19. The Paris correspondent of "The Times” says that the Laval Ministry as at present composed was doomed when a crowded meeting of the Radical Socialist executive passed a resolution demanding the re-establish-ment of party discipline and condemning tlie Government's foreign policy. This is tantamount to summoning six Radical Ministers, in addition to M. Harriot, to resign from Cabinet. M. Herriot, however, warned the party against precipitating a crisis. Accordingly ii is expected that the resignations will be postponed until JI. Laval returns from Geneva in tlie middle Of the week.

M. Daiadier has been elected president of the Radical Socialists in succession to JI. Herriot, who has been elected honorary president.
