Arrival in Port Yesterday
Tlie sloop Wellington steamed into harbour early yesterday morning from Auckland, via Tokomaru Bay. In the early morning she made a fine sight steaming up the harbour, her lean grey hull in strong contrast to the more massive lines of her fellow-arrival, the 8000-ton liner Makura. The sloop berthed at Clyde Quay Wharf
From to-day until next Sunday. 11.M.5. Wellington will be thrown open to visitors liclween 2.30 anil 5.30 p.m. On Tuesday morning it. is expected that she will sail for Greymouth, continuing her summer cruise down the West Coast aud back up the East Coast of the South Island.
