For using obscene language in the street, Walter Smith, electrician, age-1 <36. was titled £2 by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Wellington Magistrate’s Court yesterday. He was allowed a fortnight in which to pay, default being fixed at 14 days’ imprisonment with hard labour.
