Dominion Special Service. Dunedin, September 30.
Otago exporters of eggs expect to ship about 3000 crates, each containing 30 dozen, to London this season. Five hundred and two crates were shipped by the New Zealand Star on September 5, while the Middlesex will load about. 1300 crates either to-morrow or the next day, and on October 20 it is hoped to ship another 4000 crates by the Akaroa.

Iu the South Island already 6000 crates have been sold bv Canteibuiy producers and they will be exported as space allows. A total of 1017 crates was shipped from Auckland by the Rangitane. This was the first of three shipments to be made from Auckland. The. others will be by the Mataroa, which will take 790 crates, and the Middlesex 1100.
