GENERAL ELECTION
Request to Mr. Burnett
Strong representations are being made to Mr. T. D. Burnett (Govt., Temuka) to reconsider his decision to retire from politics. Mr. Burnett, who announced a few days ago that he would not be a candidate at the general election this year, is seriously considering these requests.
