"Tlie prairie farmers will lose 1,000.000,000 dollars through wheat rust,” states Mr. E. S. Archibald, director of tlie Government Experimental Farms. “The blight is tlie worst ever experienced, and will reduce the grain crop by 102.000,000 bushels.”
