Representative Teams

The Auckland representative team (under 21) to play Wellington for the Flyger Cup as a curtain-raiser to the Chatham Cup final at the Basin Reserve on Saturday, was announced at the meeting of the management committee of the Wellington Football Association last night. The team is as follows: —G. Nolan; H. Dallimore, C. Flyger; D. Munro, D. McMurchie. W. McMechen; S. McGowan. J. Wood, A. Lamond, H. Ripley. J. Dean. Reserve, A. Flyger, The game will start at 1.15 p.m. The following Wellington fifth grade representative team will play Wairarapa at the Basin Reserve also at 12.15 p.m.: —Walker (Miramar Rangers) ; M. Gestro (Seatoun), Scott (Boys’ Institute) ; SHayward (Institute), Bold (Petone), C. Gestro (Seatoun), captain; Constable (Diamonds), Bennie (Petone), Gosling (Seatoun), Gardiner (Marlst), Appleyard (Diamonds). Reserves: Marsbali (Diamonds), Irvine (Petone). Players selected for the senior B and Flyger Cup teams are to be at the Sussex Street entrance of the Basin Reserve by 1 p.m., and are to bring white shorts and stockings. The Boys’ Institute v. Technical College sixth division match will not be played on Saturday. Fixtures for Saturday Week were announced ae follow :—First A division : Hospital v. Waterside. Basin Reserve No. 1: Marist v. Swifts, Basin Reserve No. 2. First B division, semi-final, Victory Cup: Seatoun v.' Scottish Wanderers. Kclburn Park; Technical v. Island’Bay, Wakefield Park No. 1.
