Ministerial. The Rt. Hou. G. W. Forbes, Prime Minister, will return to Wellington this morning from Christchurch. He will attend a meeting of the Executive Council this forenoon. The Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates, Minister of Finance, will return to Wellington to-morrow morning from Auckland. The Hog. Sir Alfred Ransom, Minister of Lands, returned to Wellington yesterday. from’the Dannevirke district.

The Hon. A. Hamilton, PostmasterGeneral, who visited 'lnvercargill last week-end, returned to Wellington yesterday.

Duncan, chairman of the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board, reached Wellington from Auckland yesterday. Senior-Sergeant G. Sivyer, in charge of the Hutt Valley police, has returned from a tour of the South Island, and will resume his official duties to-day. Mr. O. G. S. Ellis, chief surveyor to the Lands and Survey Department, Christchurch, is expected to arrive at Wellington this morning on route to Auckland, where he will take up a new position.
