Dividends to be Paid
Dominion Special Service. Auckland, August 27.
A net profit of £4516, compared with a profit of £4BO in the previous year, and a loss of £1366 in 1932-33, is shown in the accounts of C. L. Innes, Limited, brewers, of Hamilton, for the year ended June 30. It is proposed to pay a dividend of 8 per cent, on’the ordinary shares, all arrears of preference dividends, and a dividend of 8 per cent., less the statutory reduction of 20 per cent., on the preference shares for the current year. The preference dividends are two and a half years in arrears, while the ordinary shares have not participated since 1929-30.
