MILL TO BE ERECTED
Manufacture of Paper in
Tasmania
Hobart, July 25.
The Derwent Valley Paper Company, which contemplates the manufacture of newsprint and higher-grade papers, will commence the erection of the first unit of its mill early next year in the Florentine Valley timber area <>f Southern Tasmania.
It is expected that the output will be 30.000 tons of newsprint annually after the second year.
