Senator Bordabehere and Senator Duahau ware taking opposite sides in the discussion, and seemed about to engage in a fist fight when the shooting started. The police stated that Cora is the lender of the local Fascist movement. It is believed that he was serving as a bodyguard for liis friend, Senator Duahau and that he shot Senator Bordabehere to prevent him from attacking the Jlinister. Cora's aim, however, was faulty, and he wounded the man he was delegated to protect. It is thought he must have entered the building accompanied by the senator, because al! others were searched for arms before they were allowed to enter.
