N. Moulin (Canterbury). Ost. 121 b., beat Ginger Waide (Nelson), Ost. 131 b., on points in a ten rounds professional boxing bout to-night. The pace wits so slow that at the opening of the eighth round the referee cautioned the men that unless the pace was increased he would deciare it no contest. Jarvis Wins at Hawera By Telegraph.—Press Association. New Plymouth, July 24. Jack Jarvis (Eltbam), 0.3. outpointed Harry Hughes (Whangarei), 0.7. in a boxing match at Hawera tonight. A good contest was marred by holdjug, ..with, Hughes jmainly at fault.
