(Received July 24, 10.45 p.m.) Loudon, July 24. Tlie Commonwealth loan was oversubscribed. Cash lists were open only for live minutes. The loan is of £13,469,981, bearing Interest at 3 per cent., dated 1939-41. and issued at par. It is expected that £36.577 will be saved annually in interest and exchange.
