Mr. G. A. Maxwell (Received June 25, 9.50 p.m.) Melbourne, June 25. The death has occurred of Mr. George Arnot Maxwell, member of the House of Representatives and also leader of the Victorian criminal bar. Dr. E. Schultzewerth Berlin, June 24. The death has occurred of Dr. Erich Schultzewerth, the last German Governor of Samoa, who was interned in New Zealand during rhe Great War. •Mr. John McMillan Montreal, June 24. Mr. John McMillan, aged 69. a former executive officer of the Canadian Pacific Railway, has died after a long ill* ness.
