COMING EVENTS
On Monday evening, Mr. B. C. Ashwin, M.Com. will deliver an address to the. Victoria University College Commerce Society, at the college on “Practical Problems in Public Finance.” Mr, H. Temple White will give an organ recital on the city organ on Good Friday evening, when he will play items by Bach, Handel, Guilmant, Lemraens. Hollins, Wolstenliolme. I.emare and others. Assistance will be given by Miss Myra Sawyer, one of New Zealand’s finest sopranos, and Mr.- Claude Tanner, A.R.A.M., the eminent 'cellist.
