HALO VEIL CRAZE
Every Frenchwoman is wearing a veil, either the halo veil, which stands out like a lacquered cobweb brim, or veils across the brow, the eyes, or the tip of the nose. The dazzling veil with a gold or silver embroidery border makes interesting play upon the eyes, and the black, with a border of lacquered raffia, is also aranged to give flattering brilliance to eyes which are faultlessly made-up with coloured eye-shadows and bronze, green and blue cosmetics.
