Japanese Attitude Stated COMMISSION SET UP Extra-Territoriality May Be Abolished By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. (Received February 15, 7.15 p.m.) Tokio, February 15. The Foreign Spokesman states that Japan will in due course abolish extraterritoriality in Manchukuo if the new’ inter-Ministry commission finds such a course opportune and Manchukuo’s judicial system satisfactory. He added that the commission will also study whether Japan should surrender the railway zone to Manchukuo. There was no connection with China. Other countries would not be consulted.
