An unusual accident occurred on the Hutt Road at about 9.30 o’clock last night. A motor-cyclist travelling in to Wellington collided with a stray horse, which was walking on the bitumen in the same direction. The horse died a few minutes later, but the qyclist, although thrown from his machine, received no more than minor injuries. The front part of the motor-cycle was badly damaged.
