Dominions Should Be More Sympathetic NEW ZEALAND M.P.’s VIEW (Received February 14, 7.10 p.m.) Sydney, February 14. “Japan is entitled to more sympathetic attention to her problems from the British Empire, and particularly from Australia and New Zealand,” said Mr. W. E. Barnard, M.P.
