Full Quota May Be Bought WHEAT BOARD’S DECISION (Received February 14, 8.55 p.m.) London, February 14. The Berlin correspondent of the “Financial News” says that the Wool Control Board has authorised domestic mills to purchase the whole basic quota allotted for Hie six months to March 31. Previously only two-thirds had been released. The decision means more extensive abroad. Nevertheless the basic quota represents a reduction of over 25 per cent, com-, pared with the normal consumption of mills.
