VICTIM OF ATTACK BY SHARK
Response to Sydney Appeal
(Received February G. 9.50 p.m.) Sydney, February 6.
There has been a remarkable public response to Press appeals on behalf of the girl Beryl Morrin who lost portions of both arms from a shark attack in George’s River on New Year’s Eve.
A sum of almost £2700 is already in hand from which it is intended to provide a pair of artificial arms. The girl is now practically convalescent.
