To-days Recipe LEMON FLUFF
Dissolve loz. granulated gelatine in 2 cups of hot water, i Add grated fruit rind and juice of 2 lemons and half cup of sugar. Stir well. Set this aside, and when cool beat in the whites of 2 eggs, it can be piled in spoonfuls on a dish, or set aside in a mould.
