OLD CONTEMPTIBLES

Wellington Branch Formed Having received authority from the New Zealand headquarters in Auckland to carry on as a separate branch until a dispensation arrives from England, the Old Contemptibles’ Association in Wellington decided at a meeting on Monday night to form a branch. The following officers were elected pro tern.: Chairman, Mr. E. FewlngsSquire; vice-chairman, Colonel A. A. Carbery; treasurer- Mr. F. A. Harnor: secretary, Mr. E. M. Widdlcombe. It is intended to hold meetings on the first Monday in each month.

To be eligible to join the association applicants must be in possession of the 1914 star and class.
