BANKRUPTCY CASES
Discharges Granted A number of petitions for discharge from bankruptcy were heard before Mr. Justice Reed in the Supreme Court, Wellington, yesterda'y. In each case discharge was granted. Petitioners were as follow:— Albert Bendikson (Mr. Tansley), Harry Hastings Kelly (Mr. Bliss), Edgar Spiers (Mr. McCarthy, Mr. Corny, Mr. Watterson), -William Lunley, Ivan Talytincich, Samuel Campbell (Mr, J. A. Scott), Sophia Phillips (Mr. Corny), William Henri Frederick Valers Jean Androche de-la-Tour d’Auvergne d’Abrantes (Mr. Wiren, Mr. Howe), Cephus John Cullen (Mr. Sievwriglit), Strathis Gerondis (Mr. Mellish), Leonard Clarence Whitelaw (Mr. Evans-Scott), Sidney Cyril Turner (Mr. Cleary), Malcolm Arthur Mahoon (Mr. Meltzer), Herbert Futter (Mr. Rochwell).
