Wellington College Athletes COMPETITION KEEN The Wellington College annual sports were held yesterday. A great many relatives and friends of the boys attended, and the day was very successful. The sun shone brilliantly in the morning, but in the afternoon a cold southerly wind caused spectators to don their overcoats. The events were keenly contested, and were run off expeditiously. Trophies were won as follows: — Senior champion: M. Watt; runner-up, R. A. Longley. Junior champion: S. Berge; runnerup, C. V. Adams. Lady Prendergast Cup: R. A. Longley. Lord Ranfurly Cup: P. L.
