AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the said minute is in the words and figures following:— , . “The capital of Western Electric Company (N.Z.), Limited, henceforth is £lO,OOO divided into 10,000 shares of £1 each instead of a capital of £lOO.000 divided into 100,000 shares of £1 each and at the time of registration of this- minute the sum of £1 per share has been and is to be deemed paid up on each of the said shares.
