Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Fisher are Wellington visitors to Napier. Miss Jean Ormiston is the guest of Mrs. M. G. Reid, Newman Terrace. Miss Lalla Vondersloot, The Terrace, is visiting “Glenwal,” Pongaroa. Miss S. Kennedy, Masterton, is visiting Wellington. Mr. and Mrs. J. Parker. Greytown, are visiting Eastbourne. Mrs. H. V. Headley, Hastings, is on a visit to Wellington. I Mrs. Campbell Nicols, Turakina, is staying in Rotorua for a few weeks. Miss L. Morton, Dunedin, a delegate to the Secondary Schools’ Conference, is staying at the Hotel Windsor. Mesdames McLeod, G. Wells and W. W, Taylor are Wanganui visitors to Wellington. Mrs! A. Herliby, Hastings, is staying with her daughter. Mrs. R. A. Frederikson, Levin. Mrs. C. P. Murray-Aynsley, of Marton, is the guest of Mrs. F. C. Tumor, Waiwaka. Mrs. N. F. Hornsby, Belvedere Street, Carterton, has returned from a holiday visit at Paraparaumu. Mr. and Mrs. Louis de Woolfe, New York, have been visiting Mr. and Mrs. B. de Woolfe, Greytown. Mrs. J. Bargh, Otorohanga, is the guest of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. P. Darley, Mangaramarama, Pahiatua. Miss Muriel May will arrive in Wellington from Dunedin to-morrow to spend a fortnight. Miss V. Nolan, who has been visiting Blenheim, has returned to Wellington. Miss JI. Julius, Brisbane, is visiting her sister. Jlrs. E. JI. Simmers. Eketahuna. ' ' Mrs. R. A. Finlayson, Remuera, Auckland, has returned from a holiday visit to Dunedin and Wellington. Miss Molly Wilson, Christchurch, is spending’the school holidays in Wellington, and is the guest of her sister, Mrs. David Crombie, Thorndon. Brigadier-General 11. E. Hart and Mrs. Hart, Samoa, are the guests of Mrs. H. E. Haggitt. Jlatikona. Masterton. Jlrs. H. Hermann-Browne and Mass Knight, Blenheim, who are at present staying at the Royal Oak Hotel, will return to Jlarlborough this week. Mrs. Brunton Williams, Seatoun, gave a very enjoyable party last week for her nieces, Misses Vera Crawley and Sheila Feltham, of Raetihi, who are on a visit'to Wellington. Professor von Zedlitz and Jlrs. von Zedlitz, Lower Hutt, and Mr. and Jlrs. A. Duncan, Lower Hutt, visited Feilding and 'Wanganui at the week-end to play contract bridge. At Wanganui their opponents were Dr. F. Hutchinson, Messrs. H. G. Carver, H. E. B. Newton, and. F. Jacobs.
